Shipping and returns
We’ll gladly accept tea or merchandise in its original packaging purchased on teabazaarca.com or at a retail location for return or exchange within 45 days from the date of purchase. If we receive your return within 45 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.
Gift returns with a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt and refunds will be made in the form of a merchandise credit.
The item(s) you are exchanging must be mailed back within 45 days from the original date of purchase. Once the carrier has your return, your exchange order will begin processing. If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.
Please note: Tea Bazaar is not responsible for non-Tea Bazaar items shipped back to us in error.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If received after 45 days, we’ll replace or refund your purchase for manufacturer defects only. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about your return or exchange or with questions.
